Please read the following completely. By purchasing Herbalife products with us, you agree to the below terms.

- Times indicated are approximate and subject to third-party policies and order-ship time.

Herbalife Shipping Standards:

We employ Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures. Shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. They will be processed on the first work day following.

There are no shipments made during weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been placed, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.

Back Orders

Occasionally, popular items are backordered at the Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on backorder. The backordered item will usually be shipped separately via GBP or in some cases an intermediary by Herbalife. Backordered items cannot be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to the Herbalife warehouse. If the backordered item was part of a larger Next Day or 2-Day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order since Herbalife does not credit us.

Order-Ship Time

Order-Ship time is the total time from the moment you place your order to the time you receive your order. This time accounts for several events which in some cases are controllable for us, and others which rely on the external agencies we deal with to get you your order. We cannot make any guarantees on the total shipping time.

Please note however, that I do require time to manually input your order with Herbalife USA who in turn has to process and send your order to Herbalife UK for shipment. This process can take 2-3 days.

Under normal conditions you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 days after it has been shipped.

Distribution Centers

All orders placed for delivery in the UK are shipped directly to our customers from the Herbalife Distribution Center in Slough. Your order will be dispatched directly from the following Herbalife Distribution Center.

Delivery Methods

The Herbalife Distribution Center will ship via DPD or Royal Mail. All orders are shipped direct from Herbalife. This guarantees the freshness of your products.

Return Policy

We are committed to delivering effective, high-quality products and we offer customers Herbalife's 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you're not fully satisfied with a recent purchase, contact us and we can process your return. It's our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction.

To make a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us and let us know your problem.
2. We will provide you instructions for getting the products back to Herbalife.
3. We will refund you once we have confirmation of the products having been returned to Herbalife.
   

• We honor Herbalife's 30-day money back guarantee.
• We accept returns for products that have been opened.
• The customer is responsible for identifying the desire to be refunded within 14 calendar days from the product shipping date.
• The returned products MUST be received by The Nutri Shop within 30 days of the product shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• The complete order MUST be returned for refund. Partial returns are NOT accepted.
• Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit, minus a 5% processing fee.
• A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund credit on all refunds.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Refund payment will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of the products.
• Refund payment will be sent via mail by check.

We do not accept exchanges at this time.
